Endres Mfg. Company Foundation, has awarded a total of $21,360 to ten different agencies including:

  • $5000 to The Madison Area Food Pantry Gardens to be used towards the purchase of a garden tractor. Last year the gardens produced more than 110,000 lbs. of produce, which was delivered to the Community Action Coalition and the 2nd Harvest Foodbank.
  • $5000 to PeBoGa (People Building opportunity through Grace and action. PeBoGa is a Madison based organization that provides mentoring for at-risk adolescent males.
  • $3000 to Porchlight, Inc. of Madison and $2000 to Middleton Outreach Ministry, Inc., to help upgrade computer systems.
  • $1200 to Three Gaits, Inc., which provides riding programs for children, youth and adults with disabilities and special needs. Three Gates, located in Oregon WI., had 440 riders participate in programs in 2005.
  • $1000 to sponsor Wisconsin Business World four-day program for high school students.
  • $1000 to Care Net Pregnancy Center of Madison, a non-profit medical center that provides pregnancy testing and counseling, on-going pregnancy support.
  • $430 to the Waunakee Public Library to sponsor a program featuring Kenny Salway, a naturalist, environmentalist and storyteller.
  • $300 to Adaptive Sportsmen to hold a fishery at Tenney Park for physically challenged people.

In addition, $2700 was awarded to M.A.T.C. to provide a Technical Excellent Scholarship for a Waunakee student. The board also approved renewal of their partnership with The Dane Country Cultural Affairs Commission. Endres Mfg. Company Foundation is one of seven principle donors.    

Endres Mfg. Company Foundation has been in existence for over 10 years and review and award grants twice per year, in May and November.
