It’s a proven fact that when you give, it makes you feel good, and when you are feeling good, you tend to be healthier. People who give are generally more outward and caring, so they benefit from social interaction and the reward of being appreciated. It’s a win-win situation.

At Endres Manufacturing Company our mission states that doing good in the community and making our world a better place is a part of who we are and what we do. Through our involvement in community activities and work with the EMC Foundation, we are continually giving back to the people who help us succeed.

An example of this mission is the Endres Manufacturing matching donation program which gave away over $35,100 in 2007. Nineteen employees took advantage of this opportunity to help a cause of their choice. Forty-six non-profit agencies received a donation, including some of those listed below:

Waunakee's annual Oktoberfest is held on the grounds at Endres Manufacturing. It will be fun for the whole family! Food, games, crafts, music and more! Events include: Outrageous Maze and Obstacle Run, Pumpkin Decorating, Grade 4-8 Junior Biathlon and a Texas Hold'em tournament, Ladder Golf Tournament, and the Waunakee Community Band. On both days food and beer stands featuring Oktoberfest beers are available. Proceeds go to the Waunakee Community Foundation.

Endres Manufacturing is a proud sponsor of the UW Steel Bridge Team. They took first place in the Great Lakes Regional and went on to compete at the national level.

Endres sponsors a Madison Symphony Orchestra Concert every year as well. It is a spectacular evening which we will be taking our employees to enjoy.

Endres is also a yearly contributor to the Butterfly Gala for Hospice Care, and sponsors a team every year for the Waunakee Relay For Life in June.
